Add the stuffing mix to a medium sized mixing bowl. Stir in the hot water and let the mixture ‘rest’ for 5 minutes. Stir again, and set aside.
To a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef, gravy mix, cold water, and egg. Using your hands, squish and knead all of the ingredients together until evenly combined.
Stir in the stuffing mix until evenly combined.
Spray a bundt pan with non stick cooking spray. Spoon the meatloaf mixture into the prepared pan. Using your hands, or a spatula, press the meat down into a firm, even layer.
Bake the meatloaf at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes, or until no longer pink inside.
Let the meatloaf rest, away from heat, for 5 full minutes. Carefully turn the meatloaf out onto a plate, serving tray, or cutting board.
Slice, and serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite brown gravy.
