Asian Pickled Jalapeno Peppers *****

Ingredients:

Garlic,

Jalapeno Peppers,

Fresh ginger

Dried red pepper (for color)

You can do this with any vegetables including celery, cucumber, radish, round cabbage, onion, ginger and etc.

BRINE

1/2c. soy sauce

1/2c. vinegar (regular or apple cider)

1/2c. water

1/2. sugar

Use a 4c Pyrex bowl or any with the same capacity. Do not boil! Mix brine all together to melt sugar.

Add vegetable.

You can start to eat this in about 3 days and refrigerate to keep it fresh.
