Sweet Orange Bundt Cake

Ingredients

Cake:

  • 15.25 oz Butter Golden Cake Mix
  • 3 oz Orange jello
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ c oil
  • ¾ c water
  • 1 tbsp orange extract

Frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ c butter softened
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 c confectioners sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange rind grated
  • 1 tbsp orange juice

Instructions

For the Cake:

  • Mix the cake mix, jello, eggs, oil, water, and orange extract and mix together until smooth.
  • Pour batter into a Bundt cake pan or mini bundt cake pan that has been greased with Crisco and floured.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes (20 minutes for the mini bundt cake pans).
  • Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool before putting the frosting on.

For the Frosting:

  • Cream butter and cheese and vanilla.
  • Then add in the sugar, orange rind, and orange juice.
